Reflection is a Necessity

Good morning, happy Wednesday, and welcome to November ~

Reflection in today’s world is far more than an opportunity; it is a necessity. In a world of uncertainty and anxiety, understanding yourself, your wants, and your needs, is an essential tool that is all too often overlooked.

As the world continues to experience tragedy, we are offered an opportunity to reflect on our thoughts, feelings, and personal responses. While there are days of despair, days of activism, and days of neither, the underlying desire is that of community: to be part of something bigger, where your message can be amplified and your wounds healed.

In the coming months, I am committed to creating more opportunities for connection through weekday classes taught by a variety of talented teachers. Providing a robust calendar of programming has always been part of my overall vision, and I am looking forward to creating these offerings that - as the world divides itself - bring people together.

Wishing you a month of reflection, thankfulness, and community.

With love,
